Action in the district court for Ramsey county to recover for injuries sustained by plaintiff when the auto of defendant Roy Thorson, in which plaintiff was riding, collided with a streetcar of the defendant St. Paul City Railway Company. The case was tried before Clayton Parks, Judge, and a jury, and a verdict of $25,000 returned for plaintiff against the street railway company and one in favor of defendant Thorson. From an order denying its motion for a new trial, the street railway company appealed.
